Meditation is our “Medicine for the spirit”. It’s about awakening and finding our true selves, breaking free of our old worn patterns from the past and creating new designs for the future. Most notably, “Where we place our thoughts is where we place our energy”.

Our lives are governed by two worlds, the outer world and the inner world. The external world controls the five senses, touch, taste, sight, sound, and feeling, governed by our ego. What we think we know, everybody’s wants and desires, and our actions and reactions are centred on this energy.

The internal world allows us to concentrate on ourselves and is regulated by the spirit. It’s about our thoughts, concerns and emotions. When we take the time for ourselves, we shift the placement of energy toward our body, mind and spirit.

Spiritual Meditation is about being in touch with the Divine Spirit within, working with Divine light, awakening, and connecting to the Universal source of all things. When combined with Mantra or Prayer, it makes a compelling experience… A saying goes like this “In Prayer; we speak to the Divine - In Meditation, the Divine speaks to us”.

Meditating on the deeper layers of our subconscious mind, we subtly begin to see and feel real improvement and change in our lives. In other words, “We don’t sweat the small stuff anymore” We become more open, kind and caring toward ourselves and others. Non-judgemental, more patient, and less stressed as you begin to allow subtle transformation on all levels of your being.

Meditation sessions consist of guided spiritual meditations, which allow the support of your imagination to lead you into unknown worlds
